Welcome to Lowry Bay Yacht Club! Located in Lower Hutt, New Zealand, we are a vibrant and passionate club with approximately 250 members who share a love for yachting and boating. Whether you're an experienced sailor or just starting out, our club offers a range of activities both on and off the water.
On the water, we host exciting racing events as well as leisurely cruising trips. Our racing calendar is full and varied, catering to both competitive sailors and those who prefer a more relaxed sailing experience. We have a Combined racing division and a Cruising division (without spinnakers), and we warmly welcome yachts from other clubs to join us for our regattas and series.
Off the water, our club rooms provide a comfortable and welcoming space for social gatherings and land-based activities. We have a fully-stocked bar that is open on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons, and following race events. It's the perfect place to relax and catch up with fellow members, family, and friends.
Located in Seaview Marina, our club benefits from the presence of various marine businesses and facilities. It's a great opportunity to connect with other individuals who share a passion for the maritime industry and to access any services you may require for your boating needs.
