For adults, Laura offers a gentle yet strong flowing practise that emphasises the connexion between breath and movement. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will find classes tailored to your needs and abilities. Laura's teaching style promotes relaxation, flexibility, and strength, allowing you to find balance both on and off the mat.
Pregnant women will find solace in Laura's specialised pregnancy yoga classes, where they can safely practise gentle movements and stretches that support their changing bodies. With over 1000 women taught during their pregnancies, Laura has a wealth of experience in guiding expectant mothers through this transformative time, providing them with the tools to nurture their bodies and connect with their growing babies.
After giving birth, women are invited to join the postnatal yoga classes at Love Me Yoga. These classes focus on reseting the body and restoring the mind after the rigours of childbirth. Postnatal yoga helps to strengthen the core, improve posture, and promote overall wellness during the postpartum period.
Love Me Yoga also offers children's yoga classes, designed to introduce young ones to the benefits of yoga from an early age. Laura believes that yoga is a wonderful activity for children, helping them develop coordination, balance, and self-awareness. Through engaging and playful practises, children will cultivate a love for yoga while improving their physical and emotional well-being.
