Join Yoga LYFE in Thailand, September 2024 for the LOVE AND Light RETREAT. Nestled into a rocky cliff overlooking the blue waters of the Gulf of Thailand, the retreat takes place in the tropical island of Koh Samui. Surrounded by lush jungles and rustic secret beaches, it is a wonderful location to unplug from the hectic demands of the modern world and absorb the positive energy of tropical sunshine.
Throughout the 7-day retreat, participants will have the opportunity to fully explore the stunning natural surroundings of the island, including waterfalls, white-sand beaches, and dense jungle. The retreat offers yoga twice daily overlooking the ocean, as well as workshops and free time for relaxation and exploration.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this retreat welcomes all ages, bodies, and experiences. It is a chance to deepen your physical practice, learn about yogic philosophy, or simply rest and recharge.
Accommodation options are available to suit different budgets and preferences, ranging from modest Yoga Caves to spacious Lotus Pads and Prana Cabanas. All rooms come with essential amenities and free Wi-Fi.
