My antenatal training programme is designed to help women stay active and healthy throughout their pregnancy. I provide safe and effective exercises that are tailored to each individual's needs and fitness level. I also focus on educating my clients about proper form and technique to prevent injury and promote overall well-being. By working with me, women not only improve their physical fitness but also gain knowledge and empowerment to manage pregnancy ailments and prepare their bodies for the journey of motherhood.
After giving birth, many women feel overwhelmed and unsure about how to safely return to exercise. My postnatal training programme focuses on reconnecting and strengthening the core muscles, gradually building up weights and workouts, and correcting muscle imbalances. I also provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and nutrition to support the recovery process after birth. My goal is to help women feel strong and beautiful to the core.
I offer personalised one-on-one sessions, which can be conducted in person at my Shenfield or Billericay locations, via Zoom, or remotely through an online programme of workouts. I understand that every woman's experience and body is unique, and I tailor my sessions to meet each individual's specific needs and goals.
In addition to individual training, I also deliver workshops for employers to support women in the office environment during maternity leave and their return to work. These workshops focus on rehabilitating the body after childbirth and reducing common postpartum issues such as backache.
