With her varied background in Sports Massage Therapy, Human Resources, Publishing, and Retail, Louisa has been assisting countless individuals since 2009 in learning how to move better and feel better.

The options available at Louisa Harris Pilates include 1:1 and 2:1 Studio equipment sessions that are entirely tailored to the individual's needs. These sessions take place in Great Brickhill, MK. Additionally, there are small group face-to-face Matwork classes available at Stoke Hammond, MK, which are set to resume from 13th June 2022 onwards. Participants can also take part in small group face-to-face Matwork classes at Place Eight Wellness in Swanbourne.

For those who prefer the comfort of their own space, online live and interactive Matwork classes are conducted through Zoom. On-demand membership is also provided, allowing individuals to access Zoom class recordings at their convenience.

New clients are warmly welcomed at Louisa Harris Pilates, and an induction session is offered to determine which class would be most suitable for their needs. Louisa also provides an ever-growing library of free videos on her YouTube Channel for home practise.
