Additionally, there are small group face-to-face Matwork classes available at Stoke Hammond, MK, which are set to resume from 13th June 2022 onwards. Participants can also take part in small group face-to-face Matwork classes at Place Eight Wellness in Swanbourne.
For those who prefer the comfort of their own space, online live and interactive Matwork classes are conducted through Zoom. On-demand membership is also provided, allowing individuals to access Zoom class recordings at their convenience.
