Lorraine Hannah would like to share some exciting news with you. Based in Pulborough, she’s a seasoned Pilates instructor, health consultant, and personal trainer with over 19 years of experience. Lorraine has devoted her career to supporting individuals and families in achieving their health and wellness goals.
Lorraine's journey is an inspiring one. After teaching for 15 years, she ventured into the fitness industry and has become a well-regarded Pilates practitioner. She has advanced training and specialises in tackling issues such as poor posture, back problems, and various health concerns. Lorraine is truly passionate about helping her clients through specific exercises and mindful movement.
Over two decades ago, Lorraine herself experienced a transformative weight loss, shedding 4 1/2 stone (around 28.3 kilogrammes). This personal achievement gives Lorraine a unique perspective and empathy towards those managing their weight and striving for a healthier lifestyle. Her deep understanding and broad expertise motivate her clients to reach and often exceed their health and fitness goals.
Currently, Lorraine offers her services as a freelance instructor across several locations including Wiston Meeting Place in Steyning, Steyning Leisure Centre, Pavilions Leisure Centre in Horsham, The Church Rooms at Southwater, and Sullington Parish Hall. She also provides personal training sessions in clients' homes and runs online classes via Zoom, covering Pilates, Legs Bums and Tums, and Staying Active workouts.
Lorraine is committed to delivering safe and effective fitness solutions, taking care to follow COVID-19 guidelines rigorously. She ensures ample space for social distancing in her sessions and adheres to strict cleaning protocols. She asks clients to sanitise their hands, wear masks if they wish, and follows proper ventilation and sanitisation practices during personal training sessions.
For those who cannot attend in-person, Lorraine offers Pilates classes on YouTube. Three 40-minute classes are available in each playlist for a fee of £10, granting you unlimited access – perfect for fitting multiple workouts into your week.
