London Ki Aikido is a martial arts club located in London, offering a unique approach to non-violent conflict resolution, coping skills and burnout prevention. With a focus on the exploration of the mind aspect of human movement, our club aims to eliminate dullness and worry from daily life through the practice of Aikido.
Our classes are open to everyone, with a gentle introduction available through our Ki Development classes. The curriculum taught in our club is developed by Sensei Kenneth Williams, tailored for the Western mind to understand the depth of Ki and apply it in daily life.
Shinrin Tokai Ki Aikido, which translates to Forest City Aikido, embodies the principles of Aikido - no tension, aggression or competition. Our club is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to learn and grow through the practice of Aikido.
