REFORMER 10 Participants, 50 minutes reformer classes offer a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized. The reformer challenges your muscles in new ways, providing resistance and assistance to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises to target all major muscle groups and improve your flexibility and strength.

BARRE FUSION 10 Participants, 50 minute barre fusion classes combine elements of Pilates, ballet, and strength training to create a challenging and energizing workout. Barre fusion classes focus on small, isometric movements to sculpt and tone your muscles, while improving your balance and flexibility. You will leave feeling lengthened, toned, and rejuvenated.

Personal Training For those looking for a more personalized approach, we offer private and semi-private sessions with our experienced trainers. Whether you are working towards a specific fitness goal, recovering from an injury, or just looking to take your fitness to the next level, our trainers will create a custom program tailored to your individual needs.
