Llanelli Leisure Centre operates on weekdays from 06:15 to 22:00 and on weekends from 08:00 to 18:00. The gym is open during the same hours, except it closes at 21:00 on weekdays. The caf is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:30 and on weekends from 10:00 to 14:00.

Actif Memberships are offered at Llanelli Leisure Centre, providing access to not only this facility but also to five other Actif centres in the area.
