Liz Davis Pilates is a renowned Pilates studio located in Holt, North Norfolk. With over 15 years of experience, Liz Davis is a highly skilled and certified Pilates instructor who is dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels improve their posture, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

As a proud member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCP), the UK's foremost Pilates teaching organisation, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each class. She is committed to delivering safe and effective Pilates sessions that promote a balanced and well-functioning body.

For group mat classes, Liz holds sessions in the spacious and well-lit village halls of Cley and Wiveton, both conveniently located within 5 to 10 minutes of Holt. Each class is limited to a maximum of 12 clients to ensure that every individual receives the attention and guidance they need. Clients are required to bring their own mats and head cushions to these classes.

In addition to group classes, Liz also offers private sessions at her studio situated between Dereham and Fakenham. These one-on-one or duet sessions allow for personalised instruction and incorporate exercises from the mat repertoire as well as the use of Balanced Body equipment. Liz's studio features a reformer with a tower, which enables clients to perform exercises from the cadillac repertoire, as well as an Exo chair. These pieces of equipment, developed by Joseph Pilates himself, provide resistance and help isolate the correct muscles for optimal movement.

For those unable to attend in-person classes, Liz also offers online Pilates classes via Zoom, allowing individuals to enjoy the benefits of Pilates from the comfort of their own homes.

As the coronavirus pandemic has necessitated changes in class operations, Liz has implemented guidelines to prioritise the safety and well-being of her clients. These guidelines include staying home if feeling unwell, filling out a contact details form for potential contact tracing purposes, and preferred payment methods via Bacs or card. Liz ensures that her studio and equipment are spotless and sanitised regularly, and class sizes have been reduced to allow for proper social distancing. Sanitisers are provided, and clients are required to bring their own mats and head cushions.

Additional guidelines for specific locations are provided to ensure a comfortable and safe class experience.
