About, and join our growing community of yogis. At Living Well Hub + Yoga Studio Brisbane, formerly known as Yoga @ Q Roasters, our aim is to provide a supportive and welcoming space for our community to experience the benefits of yoga.
Located in the warehouse of the family-owned Q Roasters Coffee in Brisbane, our yoga studio offers a unique setting for your practise. As you step into our space, you'll leave the outside world behind and be enveloped in the soothing sounds of the comings and goings of the coffee roastery. It's the perfect environment to find steadiness and focus amidst the noise of life.
Our classes are designed to promote overall wellness by improving posture, releasing tension, and enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility. Depending on the class you attend, you'll experience different focuses, but all classes have an undertone of vinyasa, connecting breath and movement. Whether you're looking for active recovery or to incorporate yoga into your daily life, our classes are well-rounded and suitable for all levels. We even provide mats and props for your convenience.
At Living Well Hub + Yoga Studio Brisbane, we prioritise your health and wellbeing. We encourage you to listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. If you have any illness or health concerns, it's important to consider alternate options as group activities may not be suitable. However, we do offer private sessions for those who require a more individualised approach.
We believe in taking responsibility for our own wellbeing and encourage you to speak to our instructors or seek support from your health practitioner if needed.
When attending a yoga class, we recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, and your own yoga mat. Feel free to bring any props you prefer to use during your practise. We also ask that you wear comfortable clothes that allow for freedom of movement and that are considerate of other members.
Parking is available on the street, although it can get busier during the week. An alternative option is to park at the end of Bilston St and walk 40m following the grassy area to our yoga studio. If you prefer to park and walk from another spot, the Kedron Brooke pathway is less than 100m away.
