Owned by Natalie Ristoski, a passionate yogini with a background in the fashion industry, Living Flow Yoga Ashfield has grown from its humble beginnings. It was first established in 2015, when Natalie began teaching yoga in a local dance studio. In January 2017, the studio officially opened its doors to a purpose-built space, and in December 2022, it relocated to its current location at 2 Hercules St, Ashfield. Natalie's warmth and enthusiasm for yoga creates a welcoming and supportive environment for all practitioners.

Living Flow Yoga Ashfield acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Gadigal and Wangal peoples of the Eora Nation. They pay their respects to the elders, both past and present, and celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
