Living Day Yoga is a Yoga studio located in Katoomba, Australia. Founded and run by Jill Day, a Yoga Alliance Registered teacher with almost 20 years of experience, Living Day Yoga offers a variety of classes and programmes for all ages and abilities.
One of the main classes offered at Living Day Yoga is Yoga Fundamentals. This class focuses on teaching movement principles, yoga philosophy, and breath practises, all woven into a flowing yoga sequence. It is suitable for practitioners of all levels and takes place every Wednesday from 10:00am to 11:00am at the inner space in Katoomba.
Another popular class at Living Day Yoga is Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Designed to strengthen the body and mind while releasing stress, this class encourages practitioners to move, support their bodies, and cultivate a healthy state of being. Vinyasa Flow Yoga takes place every Monday from 10:00am to 11:00am at the inner space in Katoomba.

Jill Rosenthal Day, the founder of Living Day Yoga, has a deep passion for yoga and its ability to heal and nourish the spirit. With over two decades of personal practise and continuous learning, Jill brings her expertise and experience to her teaching. She first discovered yoga while studying drama and movement at New York University and quickly made it her main focus. After completing her yoga teacher training in India, Jill pursued further studies in the United States and has been influenced by renowned teachers such as Julie Kleinman, Annie Carpenter, and Donna Farhi.
As a mother of two, Jill's practise has evolved, and she continues to explore how yoga can enhance self-expression and daily life.
Living Day Yoga strives to create a friendly and adaptive atmosphere for its students. Each class emphasises flow, breath connexion, and building heat in the body.
