Cheryl from Little Fish Swim School Norwich wanted to share a quick word with everyone in the sports community. She's passionate about what she does and thought you'd like to know all that’s on offer at their swim school, right here in Norwich.
Little Fish Swim School Norwich has a solid learn-to-swim programme for kids starting from 3 and a half years old. Cheryl’s main aim is to build water confidence and teach all four swimming strokes. There's also time spent on deep water confidence, jumping, diving, and distance swimming.
On top of that, there's the Personal Survival Swim programme. It’s all about survival skills in the water, and it’s open to both kids and adults. It's a go-to if you're keen on learning practical swimming techniques for fitness and safety.
For those ex-competitive swimmers who want to stay fit but aren’t up for competitions anymore, there are tailored sessions. These run three times a week for an hour each, offering a relaxed environment to keep up your fitness.
Cheryl, who runs the show, is an experienced instructor with a knack for making lessons fun and enjoyable. She loves helping younger swimmers get their water legs and is also at the helm of the Life Saving Club, giving keen swimmers more chances to hone their skills.
