As a new member, you will receive unlimited Personal Training sessions for 28 days at half price, along with access to our Tuesday and Thursday night yoga sessions at 6:45 pm. And don't worry if you have holiday plans during the summer. Simply let us know your vacation dates, and we'll pause your intro, so you can complete your 28 days of training when you return.
We pride ourselves on being open 361 days a year, including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve. The only days we close are Christmas Day and New Year's Day. And to ensure a personalised experience for each member, we limit new starts to just 15 per month. This allows our Personal Trainers to take time during the onboarding process, get to know you, guide you through the studio, and keep class sizes small.
To guarantee your spot, download the LTYB app and create an account to start booking. Our sessions run for 45 minutes, with a dedicated Personal Trainer in charge of each session. They will select exercises specifically tailored to your needs and goals. Unlike circuit-based gyms, you will work at your own pace, in your own area, with your own equipment.
And for maximum personalisation, all exercises are delivered verbally by the trainer.
