The Point Cook Studio is conveniently located on Wallace Avenue, just opposite the Williams Landing Train Station. Parking is available within 100 metres of the studio, and members can enter through the front or rear stairs. The studio is equipped with a full range of Life Fitness equipment, as well as a mix of functional equipment to cater to different workout preferences.

To get started, simply download the LTYB app, create an account, and select the suitable option for you. Fill out a consultation form, and book in your first session. On the day of your session, arrive on time and put your belongings in lockers provided. The trainer will guide you through a warm-up and then lead you through your personalised workout.
