Additionally, the practise incorporates Kai Men, a system of Daoist Yoga that focuses on opening up the meridians, as well as Dao Yin breathing exercises for good health and energy cultivation. Students also learn Qi Gong, a practise that teaches how to use and direct intrinsic energy, and the dynamic self-defence system of Feng Shou (Hand of the Wind) Kung Fu.
To attend classes, all you need is loose, comfortable clothing, such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt, along with trainers or black gym pumps.
