Since devoted myself to deepening my practice and sharing its transformative power with others. I am a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness meditation teacher, and I hold a Master's degree in counselling psychology.
In my work, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where individuals can explore their inner landscape, heal past wounds, and cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and the importance of integrating holistic practices into our healing journey. Through my unique blend of mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and yoga, I guide clients towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
