The gym offers a diverse range of classes, including MMA Fundamentals. These sessions are specifically designed for new or newer starters to help them gain the knowledge and application necessary for training. While all training sessions are open to participants of all levels, newcomers are encouraged to attend the MMA Fundamentals sessions initially.
LD Fighters operates on a timetable that can be viewed on their website. Additionally, the gym has clear pricing options. For adults, the pay-per-session fee is 10, or they can opt for the monthly unlimited sessions for 60. Teenagers under the age of 16 have the same payment options but at a discounted rate of 40 per month.
Family discounts are also available.
To ensure a smooth training experience, LD Fighters requests that participants come dressed and ready for class to minimise time in the changing area. They also recommend wearing flipflops or sliders between the changing room and the matted area. Personal hygiene is essential, so it is important to have clipped finger and toenails.
