After the warm-up, the class transitions into technique training. Once the technique portion of the class is complete, it's time for live sparring, also known as rolling. This is where students have the opportunity to apply the techniques they've learned in a controlled, safe environment. Rolling is a great way to build confidence, improve reflexes, and test your skills against different training partners.
In addition to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Limitless also offers Muay Thai training. Muay Thai, also known as the Art of Eight Limbs, is a striking-based martial art that utilises punches, kicks, elbows, and knees.
