Balance within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life. Kris has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. Her childhood was spent as a competitive gymnast, and she currently trains in martial arts. Kris has completed her Yoga Teacher Training with the renowned Yogassential, a collaborative team of experienced instructors.
She has also completed courses in Kids Yoga and Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Yoga. Her classes focus on strength, balance and flexibility, with an emphasis on mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Lil Yogies aims to create a nurturing and supportive environment for families to explore the benefits of yoga together. The studio offers a variety of classes catering to all age groups, from prenatal yoga for expecting mothers, to toddler, preschool and after-school programs for children. Family yoga sessions are also available to create a bonding experience for parents and kids.
