His yoga classes, which have been running continuously since 2002, are a blend of meditation, flowing warm-ups, a sequence of holding poses, and deep relaxation. In addition, Light Holistics also offers Zoom Yoga classes for those who prefer the convenience of practising from home. These live online sessions provide the same class experience as the in-person Tuesday night class, allowing participants from anywhere in the world to join in.
