Lifeforce Wellbeing is a sports club located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Australia. Our mission is to help individuals keep doing the things they love, injury-free, pain-free, and mindfully through a variety of activities including Yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates, mindful movement, and meditation. We provide a place and space for individuals to retreat from the pressures and stresses of everyday life and reconnect with themselves and their breath.
At Lifeforce Wellbeing, we offer a wide range of classes to cater to different preferences and needs. Our Yoga classes include Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Gentle, and Beach Yoga. We also offer Qi Gong classes in both modern and classical styles, as well as Pilates classes that focus on matwork using ChiBall. Additionally, we provide Wellbeing Classes that incorporate functional movement, mindfulness meditations with essential oils, and a holistic approach to overall well-being.
In addition to our regular classes, we also organise Wellbeing Retreats both internationally, Australia-wide, and locally. These retreats provide a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practise, relax, and rejuvenate in stunning locations while being guided by experienced teachers.
Our classes prioritise support, non-competitiveness, and personal attention. We keep class sizes limited to ensure that we can take care of each individual, empowering them to honour their own bodies. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, we have classes suitable for your level.
Our team of experienced teachers at Lifeforce Wellbeing is here to care for and support you on your yoga journey. We create a non-competitive environment where everyone is welcome regardless of their level of experience.
