Our studio is located in Leyton, East London, making it easily accessible to East-London yogis. We understand the hustle and bustle of city life, which is why we designed our studio to be a peaceful retreat from the outside world. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a calm and inviting atmosphere that instantly washes away the stresses of modern life.
If you're in the area, we also have our original FOLD studio located in Stoke Newington. It has been serving North London yogis since 2019 and offers a serene garden space for outdoor classes during the warm summer evenings. Indoors, you can enjoy the cosy warmth of underfloor heating during your savasanas.
For those who prefer the comfort of their own homes, we offer Fold at Home – a virtual yoga studio with a real sense of community. With on-demand and live-streamed classes, you can practise with your favourite teachers from anywhere in the world.
