Leyland Sports Association (LSA) is a thriving netball club and sports complex located in Leyland, England. Established in 1977, LSA has grown to become the largest dedicated netball facility in the county. With over 100 teams currently participating, it is also the longest-running league in the North West.

The privately-run facility boasts five recently resurfaced courts, providing ample space for players of all ages and skill levels. Matches are held on-site and run four nights a week, catering to junior teams starting from under 9's all the way up to the 60+ age group.

LSA is committed to continually improving its facilities and offerings. There are exciting proposed developments on the horizon, including the addition of a bar/function room, new leagues, bigger prize funds, more tournaments, and new courts. Plans are also underway to introduce an air-dome, creating a flexible playing environment.

The club hosts a variety of tournaments throughout the year, showcasing the passion and talent of netball enthusiasts. The annual Gala Day is a highlight, providing two days of competitive and fun netball. Additionally, the Netball World Cup Themed Tournament offers a chance to compete in a lively and challenging atmosphere, while the B2N Tournament welcomes players of all levels. The Ladies Open Tournament caters to those seeking a more serious and competitive experience, while the Junior & Adult Fancy Dress event adds a touch of creativity and humour to the game.

The Adult Mixed Tournament is the only mixed event held by LSA, offering a balance of fun and competition. And for those who enjoy a bit of indulgence, the Gin, Prosecco, Beer, and BBQ Celebration Tournament promises a day of netball and delicious food and drinks.

LSA takes pride in its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with players noting the clear rules, friendly umpires, and the ease of finding a team to play with. The club provides opportunities for fitness, connexion, and personal growth, and many players eagerly anticipate the summer leagues.
