With over 10 years of experience in dance fitness, Lisa knows how to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels and abilities. She believes that everyone can benefit from the joy and health benefits of dance, regardless of age or experience.

In addition to our dance fitness classes, we also offer 'Let's Move with Lisa' Seated Dance & Movement Therapy sessions. These sessions are tailored specifically for individuals with limited mobility or those who prefer a seated workout. 'Let's Move with Lisa' focuses on improving strength, range of motion, and coordination through gentle movements and music.
