Over the next two years, Cassie gained 20 kilogrammes through weight training, transforming her physique.
Cassie's own journey and understanding of the emotions involved in a fitness journey allows her to guide and support clients through their own rollercoaster of emotions. Her purpose is to help individuals achieve their optimal state of health, embrace their inner strength, and surpass their own expectations both physically and mentally.
In addition to being a coach, Cassie is a mother of two, enjoys heavy metal music, and has competed in competitive ballroom dancing.
