Laurie, the founder and principal instructor at LEMon Yoga, is a highly experienced yoga instructor and pregnancy/postnatal exercise specialist. With 7 years of teaching experience, Laurie is dedicated to sharing her passion for yoga with her students.

Laurie's personal journey with yoga began after completing her degree and training in musical theatre in London. Seeking a way to maintain strength and flexibility in her body, she discovered the transformative power of yoga. As her career became more demanding, Laurie turned to yoga not only to benefit her physical well-being but also to find solace for her mind. Yoga became an outlet for her daily worries and a space where she could feel safe and present.

Through her own practise, Laurie realised that yoga is more than just physical poses. It is a holistic system and a way of life. With an understanding of the profound impact yoga can have on one's overall well-being, Laurie is passionate about sharing this knowledge with her students. She hopes to inspire them to take what they learn on the mat and apply it to their daily activities, leading to more peaceful and present lives.
