Leeds Pole Dance Studio offers a range of classes to cater to all levels of experience and fitness. For beginners, they have a 6-week Fundamentals course that covers all the basics of pole dancing, including grips, spins, tricks, climbs, and lifts. This course is suitable for everyone, regardless of previous fitness experience, size, age, or gender identity. The cost of the course is 60 for 6 weeks, with classes running for one hour each week.

Once students have completed the Fundamentals course, they can progress to Improvers and Mixed Abilities pole classes. These classes focus on further developing pole skills and techniques. In addition to pole classes, the studio also offers flexibility, choreography, and conditioning classes. There are various class packages and drop-in options available for booking, providing flexibility and convenience for students to choose the days, times, and frequency of their attendance.

Leeds Pole Dance Studio was founded in 2016 by Jakub and Caroline and has quickly established itself as a prominent studio in the international pole dance scene. Located in Bramley, Leeds, the studio is fully equipped and dedicated to providing high-quality coaching in pole dance and fitness, heels, flexibility, contortion, handstands, and strength and conditioning. The studio boasts a team of nine fully qualified and insured instructors, many of whom compete on both national and international levels. With their expertise and passion for pole dance, students can be assured that they are receiving top-notch instruction and guidance.
