And if you've already completed the STA Award qualification, you can take things to the next level by enrolling in the STA Level 2 Certificate qualification. As per the HSE regulations, all employers are required to conduct a first aid training needs assessment to determine the type and number of first-aiders needed within their organisation. To meet these requirements, Leeds Lifesaving provides both the First Aid at Work (a comprehensive 3-day course) and the Emergency First Aid at Work (a condensed 1-day course). Furthermore, annual refresher training of 3 hours is recommended for all first-aiders to ensure their skills remain up to date.
