The Beginner’s Ashtanga class is perfect for anyone who has little or no experience in ashtanga yoga. It is a drop-in class, so you have the flexibility to attend without any commitment. Each week, the class format may vary, focusing on specific aspects of the practice or flowing through the sequence in tune with the breath.
For those who have some experience in ashtanga yoga, the Half Primary class is recommended. It follows the traditional vinyasa count, flowing through the sequence up to navasana, with additional time to work on postures in the second half of the primary series.
If you're an intermediate or experienced student who is familiar with the postures of the full primary series, the Full Primary class is designed for you. This class is a guided class with Sanskrit count and minimal instruction. However, please note that this class is not suitable for beginners, and it is best for those who have been attending level 1 and/or half-primary series regularly for several months.
