Leah Nylander Yoga is a renowned yoga instructor based in Sorrento, Perth, Australia. With a passion for yoga and a commitment to making it accessible to all, Leah has become a respected figure in the yoga community. Formerly the owner of West Coast Yoga, Leah has been teaching yoga in an embodied, trauma-sensitive way since 2016.
Leah believes that yoga is a holistic practise that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. She approaches yoga as a tool for self-discovery, personal growth, and healing. At Leah Nylander Yoga, the philosophy is centred around providing a respectful, mindful, and body-positive approach to yoga that is accessible for everybody. Leah offers a variety of classes to suit the needs of different individuals. From hatha yoga to yin yoga and over 55s yoga, there is a class for everyone. One of the unique experiences offered by Leah is “The Humming Hive” at Wembley. This multisensory experience combines ancient sounds with yoga, creating a deeper state of relaxation and rejuvenation. The classes include 45 minutes of yoga and conclude with 15 minutes of the signature Hum, leading participants into a deep state of meditation and relaxation. This experience is perfect for those with busy lives who are looking for a truly unique and transformative yoga experience.
