Leah Nylander Yoga is a renowned yoga instructor based in Sorrento, Perth, Australia. One of the unique experiences offered by Leah is “The Humming Hive” at Wembley. This multisensory experience combines ancient sounds with yoga, creating a deeper state of relaxation and rejuvenation. The classes include 45 minutes of yoga and conclude with 15 minutes of the signature Hum, leading participants into a deep state of meditation and relaxation. This experience is perfect for those with busy lives who are looking for a truly unique and transformative yoga experience.
