At Unit 2b Paramount Estate on Sandown Road in Watford, LBFIT. CLUB boasts a fully equipped training studio and gym, including everything from battle ropes and TRX to spin bikes and a custom obstacle course. There’s also a locker room with showers and towels for your convenience.
Classes here cater to all fitness levels and are designed to be both challenging and fun. With disco lights adding to the atmosphere, you’ll find the energy in the room electrifying.
