We offer Kundalini Yoga classes plus one on one and group sound healing sessions and workshops. We also provide one on one and private yoga classes and Cranial Sacral therapy.

When and where do you train or meet?

Our Kundalini Yoga classes run Monday 6 to 7 pm, Wednesday 6 to 7 pm, and Friday 9:30 to 10:30 am at the Wyongah Studio, 166 Tuggerawong Road, Wyongah. One on one options are also available.

How do I book and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are essential and you’ll need to book ahead of time with at least 4 hours notice. Kundalini Yoga classes are $25 cash per class, and if you can’t make it space is limited so payment may be required.
