LauraYoga is a Yoga studio located in Thame, offering a range of classes and services for individuals and families. For those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own homes, LauraYoga offers an Online Membership. This membership includes access to two live yoga classes per week via the video conferencing platform Zoom. Members also have unlimited online access to recorded classes, allowing them to practise at their own convenience. In addition, members become a part of a private group where they can access extra short flow and meditation videos.

Family Yoga is another speciality at LauraYoga, providing a fun and interactive class for families to connect and bond through yoga movement. This class incorporates breath work, acro yoga, massage, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
