Parents are not allowed on the pool deck during swim practices at the club's various locations. However, they are welcome to take their swimmers to the change rooms before practice and meet them at the change room after practice. The club's office is open Monday to Friday for inquiries and registration.

The Langley Olympians Swim Club – Walnut Grove follows all Provincial Health Orders and Swim BC regulations to ensure the safety of its members and staff. Proof of vaccination is no longer required, and masks are recommended but not mandatory.
