Langi-Taan Ski Club is a self-catering accommodation located in Mount Hotham, Australia. It is situated in one of the best locations in the area, with easy access above bus stop 8 and opposite the Davenport Access trail. Guests can start their day on the Davenport access trail, leading to the Village Chairlift, and then return to the lodge to relax by the fireside and enjoy the sweeping views over Heavenly Valley.
The ski club offers accommodation all year round and is suitable for large and small groups, making it perfect for club social events, functions, outdoor education and schools, adventure groups, small business retreats, photography, road and 4WD touring. The lodge can accommodate up to 42 people and provides a range of room options, including double beds, singles, and family bedrooms.
The lodge features two dining rooms, a games room, a quiet room, a fireplace, a balcony with a BBQ, and WiFi access. During winter, the lodge employs an onsite lodge manager to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for guests. To contain costs, guests are required to clean their own rooms and clean up after themselves in all public areas.
Langi-Taan Ski Club offers both low and high season rates for non-members. The low season runs from Friday 9 June, 2023 to Thursday 29 June, 2023 and also includes Fridays from September 1, 2023 until the end of the season. The high season is from Friday 30 June 2023 to Thursday 31 August, 2023. There are also summer rates available for those interested in booking during the offseason.
In order to secure a booking, payment must be received within the specified period. If payment is not received, the booking may be cancelled without notice. Guests are responsible for their own bed linen, towels, and cleaning their rooms before check-out. The lodge provides limited condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Langi-Taan Ski Club also welcomes whole-of-lodge bookings by negotiation, making it an ideal choice for clubs and special interest groups such as outdoor education and schools, adventure groups, small business retreats, photography, hikers, car/off-road clubs, and cyclists.
