Lane Cove Physical Culture Club is a dance club located in Lane Cove, Australia. The club offers classes and competitions for girls and ladies aged 3 and above. Physie, also known as physical culture, is the main focus of the club. It is a unique competitive sport that combines dance, floor and standing exercises.
The classes are based on basic ballet and modern dance techniques, promoting physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, and posture.
The club takes pride in its grand champion teachers who have a lifelong involvement in Physie. Every physie dancer at Lane Cove Physie receives outstanding coaching and support to achieve their own success. The teachers ensure that each member is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the sport.

Lane Cove Physical Culture Club is proudly affiliated with the Edith Parsons School of Physical Culture. The club operates as a not-for-profit organisation, with a focus on providing a positive and enriching experience for its members. The club is led by experienced teachers Karen and Anna, who are supported by a team of junior teachers. Karen has been performing since the age of 4 and is a four-time State Champion and multiple-time Grand Finalist. She brings her extensive experience and understanding of leotard styles and physie syllabus to her teaching role. Anna has been involved in physie since she was 4 and is passionate about contributing to the development and success of all physie girls and ladies.
She teaches the teens, seniors, and ladies classes.
