AMY Amy Langlois is a 200hr YTT certified instructor and the other co-owner of Lakeside Yoga Collective. Amy found her love for yoga after years of struggling with anxiety and depression. Yoga became her safe haven and a way to connect with herself on a deeper level. Amy's classes focus on self-love and acceptance, allowing students to explore their own practice without judgment.
SAMANTHA Samantha Johnson is a 300hr YTT certified instructor who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Lakeside Yoga Collective. Samantha's background in dance and movement therapy gives her a unique perspective on yoga and how it can be used to heal and strengthen the body and mind. Samantha's classes are a fusion of strength and fluidity, challenging students to explore their edge while still finding ease in their practice.
