Sarah offers a range of ladies-only classes, creating a space where women can train, build confidence, and progress through a structured martial arts programme. Beyond ladies-only classes, Sarah has designed a Kids Martial Arts Programme with age-specific Taekwondo training starting from 18 months. Each child receives hands-on instruction and individual attention to help them thrive and develop valuable skills.

The Adult Martial Arts Classes cater to all ages and experience levels, enabling participants to find success, build confidence, and develop new skills. Whether your goal is to get fit or aspire to compete, there’s something for everyone.
