LAA Camp Track and Field Event

Calling all young athletes in Reception to Year 7! Leamington Athletics Academy (LAA) is hosting the LAA Camp Track and Field Event at Edmondscote Sports Ground in Royal Leamington Spa. Get ready for a day filled with fun and friendly competitions in various track and field events like running, jumping, and throwing.

Participants will have the opportunity to train in age-appropriate groups, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone involved. In case of challenging weather conditions, coaching activities will be adjusted to keep the fun going. The event will feature multi-event programs and wrap up each day with thrilling team relays that are sure to get everyone excited.

Spectators are encouraged to come early to watch and cheer on the young athletes as they showcase their skills. To ensure a comfortable experience, athletes should dress in layers to prepare for changing weather and bring along plenty of food and snacks to keep their energy levels up throughout the day.
