Kirsty Stewart Yoga, based in Paisley, is a seasonal yoga teacher with a passion for bringing balance and harmony to people's lives. With years of personal yoga practise under her belt, Kirsty decided to embark on a journey to become a yoga teacher in 2016, studying at the Seasonal Yoga Academy in Glasgow. Additionally, Kirsty has studied Yoga for Sleep Recovery, the 5-step Sleep Recovery method aimed at helping individuals improve their sleep quality. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and offers yoga teacher trainings and Continuing Professional Development courses.

She is trained in Subtle Yoga, a person-centred approach tailored to different body types and physical abilities, as well as Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation and relaxation practise known to induce deep rest. Kirsty is currently studying with My Vinyasa Practise to complete her 300-hour teacher training and become a 500-hour registered teacher. She is also training with Air Control Pilates to become a qualified instructor.

She teaches yoga for the stages of menopause and beyond, with the intention of helping women alleviate the symptoms associated with these life stages.
