I completed my certification as a Pilates instructor and started Kirsti Pilates to You (KPTY) with the mission of bringing convenience back to Pilates. I understand that life gets busy and finding time to fit in fitness can be challenging. That's why I offer both in-person and virtual options to accommodate even the busiest schedules. Whether you prefer to come to my studio or have me come to your home, I provide all the necessary props and tools for a complete Pilates session.
