The studio features a light-filled corridor that leads to our heated mat studio and reformer studio, which boasts high, exposed ceilings. Equipped with top-of-the-line facilities and filled with incredible people, our goal is to cater to all of your mindful movement needs. Whether you prefer mat Pilates, yoga, or reformer Pilates, we offer a class style to suit everybody.
Located at 14 Park Road, Cheltenham, our studio is easily accessible. We are just a two-minute drive from Westfield Southland, surrounded by numerous cafés and restaurants for your post-movement fuel.
