Wondering what we teach at Kingstar Martial Arts? Lauren’s organised a variety of disciplines: Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kali, and Jeet Kune Do. Whether you’re into striking, grappling, or self-defence, there’s definitely something that’ll fit your interests.
What’s a typical class like? You'll get a mix of warm-ups, technique drills, sparring (if you’re up for it), and some cool-down stretches. Our instructors make sure it's safe and fun, all while helping you improve.
The training environment? It’s all about being positive and friendly. Lauren’s keen on making sure everyone feels welcome and safe. There’s zero tolerance for any negative behaviour.
Where can you find us? We’re at Butts Mill, Butts St, Leigh, Lancashire, WN7 3AD. The place is well-equipped with all the gear you need—fitness equipment, heavy bags, boxing rings, and even an octagon. Classes and private sessions run six days a week.
