Amy, the organiser of Kingsley House Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, welcomes everyone to the heart of Newton Abbot. Since 2006, she and her team have been dedicated to creating a space that promotes both mental and physical wellbeing.

At Kingsley House, Amy believes in tailored programmes that help everyone reach their full potential. With a team of highly qualified professionals, they offer everything from a fully equipped gym to yoga classes, beauty and wellness treatments, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, ante-natal classes, reiki, shiatsu massage, healing, and counselling.

To top it off, Amy has set up a cosy coffee shop and Coze of Devon shopping area in their peaceful garden. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a workout or treatment, providing a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
