Claire's 200-hour qualification was earned through intensive training with Indiv Yoga in Portugal in September 2018, cementing her passion for teaching. Beyond this, she has expanded her expertise with additional training in Yin Yoga, "Teaching Yoga for Stress, Burnout + Fatigue," "Creative Sequencing," "Assisting + Adjusting," and "The Language of Yoga."
