At Kilnhanger Stables, the focus is on providing a comfortable and safe environment. The stables are designed to meet specific requirements for horse comfort and wellbeing. With well-maintained paddocks and year-round turnout, horses have plenty of space to roam in the picturesque 40-acre setting.
Excellent hacking opportunities in the stunning Surrey hills are available, with no road work required. The secluded setting offers a tranquil atmosphere. Riders of all levels can find guidance and support from the friendly and experienced staff.
For training and competition, there is a larger 50 × 20 floodlit rubber arena and jumps. Various events, including Le Trec competitions, are hosted throughout the year, allowing riders to test their skills in a supportive environment.
Kilnhanger Stables has the capacity for 15 horses and offers full and part livery options. Full livery includes daily muck out, grooming, tack cleaning, basic feed, turnout/bring in, rug changes, and assistance with vet, farrier, and physio appointments. The experienced staff ensure top care for each horse.
For those who prefer a hands-on approach, DIY livery options are available. This includes turnout in pairs or individually, with options for delivered hay and bedding. Access to all facilities and additional services such as riding or lunging are also included.
Horses for sale are listed on the Facebook page. A £200 cash deposit is required to reserve a horse, refundable if the horse fails a veterinary inspection. Returns within seven days are accepted with a 10% returns fee deducted from the sales price, provided the horse is returned in the same condition it left.
