KI Coaching is a physical fitness programme based in Camborne, New Zealand. Founded by a husband and wife endurance sport coaching team, KI Coaching offers bespoke coaching plans that fit the individual's life, events, and training needs. The programme covers swim, bike, run, and strength and conditioning sessions, and athletes benefit from the expertise of two qualified coaches for the price of one. The coaching sessions are uploaded to an online platform on a weekly basis, ensuring that they align with the individual's training needs and fit into their schedule.
In addition to personalised coaching, KI Coaching also offers training camps and holidays at their Porto Santo venue. These weeks are open to individual athletes and can accommodate up to six people. The coaching team will design a programme that suits the athletes' needs and preferences. Athletes can choose to train hard for maximum gains and learning, or they can opt for a leisure activity break with plenty of time to relax.
KI Coaching is also available to coach larger groups upon request.
KI Coaching prides itself on offering a high level of value for money and a commitment to continuing professional development. The coaching team is experienced and qualified, ensuring that athletes receive expert guidance and support. The programme focuses on athlete-centred coaching, meaning that the individual's goals and needs are at the forefront of the coaching process. Athletes can expect advice and guidance on equipment, technique, and events to enhance their overall performance.
